Can't gain experience in blacksmirh skill tree

Description: can not gain experience in black smithing no matter what I do. I do not have skill points saved, I have 80% of a bar filled and I had blacksmiths items for over 2 hours yesterday and can not gain any experience to gain a new skill.

Reproduction Steps: I don’t know how to replicate it

Don’t use stone tools, they barely give any exp, use atleast copper.
