Story Mode PvP Engagement Rules

System Enforced Rules for PvP engagement in realtime dynamic randomly generated Spheres of Influence

Core concept
Prevent unwanted PvP while allowing players to engage in storytelling aspects of gameplay through natural use of PvP as randomly generated “mission” areas. Engagement areas could have individual rules, such as maximum conflict party size, character stat and equipment difference restrictions, time limits, etc.

I was inspired by Altacast #18 after the understanding that the game should play similar to what I would imagine a D&D adventure would.
