If you go into the caves on PC, you’ll notice that the fog that exists in the mines on Quest is now present on PC.
Additionally, specific areas have significant LOD popping problems. In the third Combat Trial in particular, moving more than just a few feet from certain objects/areas can make them and everything in them just completely disappear, despite them still being fully in view and not covered up by the previously mentioned fog.
The result of these two things is that the third Trial, which used to be arguably the coolest and best-looking piece of content in the game, is now basically ruined. Every nice view is obscured by fog, and many of the rooms have distracting and annoying LOD popping that makes it significantly less fun to play through.
