Birch wood in the Tarn + progression fixes

While playing the game with some friends, I recently realized that on most PC servers, players not only can, but usually will complete the tower before getting the Birch wood for the bridge to the Mountain Pass, which then makes that bridge obsolete.
So, here are my suggested changes:
- Replace 50-100% of the trees in the Tarn with Birch trees (both platforms)
- Change the wood type needed for the bridge to the Climbing Tower to match (both platforms)
- Change the Goteras to match (also both platforms)
- Change the wood type needed for the Mountain Pass from Oak to Birch (Quest only)
These 4 simple changes would solve multiple problems, and generally do good for the game in my opinion. Specifically, they would:
- Begin the process of putting non-Oak wood types on Quest
- Make the Mountain Pass bridge more worthwhile on PC
- Add visual and gameplay diversity to the Tarn
- Change the minimum level of equipment needed to access the Climbing Tower (not by a lot, but by enough to deal with the Iron Turabadas up ahead from the bridge)
- Fix the biggest issue with the construction of the Mountain Pass bridge, that being dependence on random generation. (I recently played on a server where there was either no Birch forest or it was so insanely hard to find that there may as well not have been one, and the Mountain Pass bridge was basically unbuildable without farming Goteras for hours)
- Add back some of the usefulness that the Mini-Forest had, as a closer-to-town source of some non-Oak woods.

Hey Szog,
Thank you for your feedback, we are aware of this issue and we do plan in actioning on it.
Originally the Tarn Area was meant to have Birch trees, but unfortunately during the development of the area we came across some technical issues and we had to remove Birch trees from the area
release.
Porting resources to Quest such as more types of woods are on our top priority list.
Thank you again for your feedback and please do keep these feedback coming. :D
