!tavern TC command in discord

add a !tavern command in the discord for town crier. while youre at it please add !servers to go to the server browser of the tavern, !shop to go to the shop section of the tavern, and !support to copy paste the alta support email. all these commands exist already so you will need to remove/change functionality. !supporter and !support should be separated, and all the !server commands should be removed since they no longer function

I can take a look into this while I am working on Town Crier commands this week. No promises on what all will come out of it.

A !tavern command would be amazing. I dislike having to go find the URL every time when helping someone.
